For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" refers to the be99 online gaming and sports betting service accessible at be99.vu and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and applications.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses any part of the be99 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means a registered player account created on the be99 platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, free spin credits, or other non-cashable value credited to a Player's Account under a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "BDT" / "Taka" / "৳" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which all transactions and account balances on be99 are denominated.
• "BST" refers to Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the operational timezone of the be99 platform.
• "Game Provider" refers to third-party software suppliers including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and any other studio whose content is integrated into the be99 platform.
• "Sports Betting" refers to the sportsbook service on be99 covering cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football, kabaddi, and other sports markets available from time to time.

By creating an account on be99, by depositing funds, by placing any bet or wager, or by using any game or service available on the platform, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them.
• You have read and accept the be99 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
• You have read and agree to the be99 Responsible Gaming Policy.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of this document.
• All information you provide to be99 during registration and throughout your use of the platform is accurate, current, and complete.

These Terms & Conditions are effective from the date you create your be99 Account and remain in force for the duration of your use of the platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the amended terms. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically for updates.

To register and maintain an active account on be99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. be99 operates a strict 21+ policy. Players who are found to be under 21 years of age will have their accounts closed immediately and any balance may be forfeited pending review.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

be99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information including your full name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address. This information must match the details on your official identity documents.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may be subject to enhanced source-of-funds verification.

• Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will be reversed.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible. be99 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership prior to processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during BST business hours are typically processed within 15 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within 1 business day for bank transfers.
• be99 does not charge processing fees on withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which be99 accepts no responsibility.
• Withdrawals cannot be made until all applicable KYC documentation has been verified. Pending KYC verification may delay withdrawal processing.
• be99 does not accept chargeback requests. Any chargeback initiated via a payment provider will be treated as a breach of these Terms, resulting in immediate account suspension and recovery of any associated costs.

be99 offers a range of promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal campaigns tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and BPL cricket tournaments. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions unless superseded by specific promotion terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonus offers are only available to players who have completed the registration process and meet the eligibility criteria stated in Section 3 of these Terms.
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, device, or payment account, unless expressly stated otherwise.

• The following conduct constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure: creation of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; providing false information to meet eligibility criteria; placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine game play risk; collusion with other players to circumvent promotion terms.

All games available on the be99 platform — including live casino games, slots, RNG table games, crash games, and sports betting markets — are subject to the rules of the relevant Game Provider as well as the following platform-level terms:

• Casino games: Casino games on be99 use certified random number generation (RNG) technology for RNG-based titles, and independently operated live dealer studios for live games. Game outcomes are determined solely by the game engine or live dealing process; be99 has no influence over individual game results.
• Bets are final: Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be amended or cancelled. It is your responsibility to verify your bet before confirming placement.
• Sports betting: Sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as recognised by the applicable governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). be99 reserves the right to void any bet affected by irregular circumstances, event cancellation, or data error.
• System malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or game interruption during an active game session, be99 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's account. Winnings generated during a demonstrably malfunctioning game session are not valid and will not be paid out.
• Maximum winnings: be99 applies a maximum single-transaction payout cap, details of which are available in the applicable game or sports market terms. Winnings exceeding this cap will be paid to the cap limit only.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the be99 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account per person, household, IP address, or device
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment methods for deposits or withdrawals
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using the platform for any financial crime
• Colluding with other players, game providers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Using software, bots, automated systems, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, make decisions, or interact with the platform in a way that bypasses normal human game play
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in the platform or any game to generate artificial winnings; any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or unknown software error are void
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with the platform, its servers, or its game engines
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing be99 staff or other players via any communication channel
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or account-level restrictions imposed by be99

All content on the be99 platform — including but not limited to the be99 brand name, logo, design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of be99 or its licensors (including Game Providers). Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of the be99 platform or its content in any form without the prior written consent of be99.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the be99 platform solely for your personal entertainment as a registered player, in accordance with these Terms. This licence terminates automatically upon closure of your account or upon any breach of these Terms.

be99 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at be99.vu/privacy-policy and is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the be99 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

be99 uses your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and communications relating to your account and promotional offers (where opted in). be99 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

be99's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your be99 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or for any matter which cannot be excluded by law.

be99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, be99 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and will update the version number and effective date at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the be99 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account. Any bets or transactions placed prior to the effective date of an amendment will be governed by the terms in force at the time of placement.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. be99 operates as a platform serving the Bangladesh market and acknowledges the legal framework applicable to online gaming services accessed within Bangladesh.
